Frequently asked Questions
Any previous experience type required at all?
Just have to be employed. Retail, cashier, customer support, receptionist, finance manager warehouse, zookeeper, it doesn't matter - everyone is welcome!
What's the catch?
Nothing! We are government funded - so as long as you are employed we are paid by the government to train at the degree level for free.
I live too far, can I still join?
It's all online. We have a few optional in-person days but you can always access sessions online. Also 1:1 sessions are online and optional in-person (part-time or full-time training schedule).
